When will the Tahoe Blue Event Center open?

Where do I park for events at the Tahoe Blue Event Center?

Parking is available for Tahoe Blue Event Center events at any of the four casinos located in the basin. All parking is paid parking and rates vary for each event. Patrons living in the basin are encouraged to take Lake Link, the free public transportation service. For more information about parking check out lake link website.

What is your bag policy?

Tahoe Blue Event Center has a clear bag policy for all events. A maximum clear bag the size of 12" x 6" x 12" is permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical, family, or child care bags or small clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" but will be subject to being searched. 

Can I bring food & beverage inside the facility?

No outside food or beverages (including coffee, bottled water or empty beverage containers) may be brought into the Tahoe Blue Event Center during events. This policy is strictly enforced.

Are you allowed to leave and re-enter an event?

For your safety, once a person exits the Tahoe Blue Event Center, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

Does the Tahoe Blue Event Center have a Lost & Found?

During an event, you may inquire about lost & found items at our Guest Services location behind section 101. For inquiries following an event, please email Andi Mannes at Andi.Mannes@oakviewgroup.com. 

What are the Box Office Hours

The Box Office will be open for in person sales Wednesday - Friday, 10am - 4pm.  On event days, the box office will open 3 hours before doors, and remain open through the beginning of the event.

Can I pick my tickets up at Will Call?

Yes! A photo ID matching the name the tickets are placed under is required. Will Call is generally available starting 90 minutes before curtain, and closes after the start of the event. Will Call is located at the main Box Office. VIP, Artist, Promoter and other special Will Call requirements are subject to change.

Is the Tahoe Blue Event Center a Cashless Facility?

The Tahoe Blue Event Center is mostly a cashless facility. All concessions only accept debit, and credit cards. 

Is merchandise available during shows at the Tahoe Blue Event Center?

Merchandise or novelty booths are available throughout the Tahoe Blue Event Center lobby and concourses during events. 

Is there a smoking area at the Tahoe Blue Event Center?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in or around the Tahoe Blue Event Center. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

How many seats will be in the Tahoe Blue Event Center?

For concerts, the facility can hold up to 5,200 people. For sporting events, the capacity will vary depending on the sport.

What type of events will be held at the Tahoe Blue Event Center?

There will be a wide variety of events at the Tahoe Blue Event Center including concerts, comedians, family shows, sporting events, conferences, banquets, meetings, trade shows and more.

Are there opportunities for premium seating at the Tahoe Blue Event Center?

Where is Guest Services Located?

The Tahoe Blue Event Center Guest Services station is located on the main concourse behind section 101. Guest Services provide guests a convenient location to obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance during events.
