The Tahoe Douglas Visitor's Authority and OVG360 is dedicated to making the Tahoe Blue Event Center environmentally responsible, safe and healthy. We are committed to perfecting the entertainment lifestyle by conserving precious resources which save the environment and save you money. Below are a few examples of what we are doing to stay green.

LED lighting throughout the Tahoe Blue Event Center
Purchasing an electric fork lift & scissor lift
Electric sensor - low consumption, high efficiency toilets and urinals
Placing recycling bins next to all waste containers throughout the facility
Putting together a composting program for the kitchen and all conferences, banquets and meetings
Using a majority of Green Chemicals to clean the facility

The concession stands are cashless, and we do not allow outside F&B inside

REMINDER! The John Summit concert originally scheduled for tonight has been rescheduled to February 22, 2025. Ticket holders who plan on going to the rescheduled date can use their same tickets. There is no need to purchase new tickets. For guests who would like a refund, refunds are offered through your Ticketmaster account.

The John Summit Team along with Tahoe Blue Event Center have been closely monitoring the weather forecasts over the past 12 hours and forecasts from CalTrans, the National Weather Service, NOAA and other credible weather sources continue to show worsening conditions for this weekend. For the safety of our patrons, artists, guests and staff, John Summit Presents: Experts Only, originally scheduled for March 2, 2024, is being RESCHEDULED to Saturday, February 22, 2025. Tickets purchased for March 2, 2024 will be honored for Saturday, February 22, 2025. There is no need to purchase a new ticket or exchange your current ticket. Guests who would like a refund, have 30 days to request it through their Ticketmaster account and will have received a separate e-mail from Ticketmaster with instructions.
