Tahoe Blue Event Center Box Office Hours

Wednesday - Friday 10AM - 4PM*

Closed Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Tickets to all publicly tickets events at the TBEC may be purchased in person at the Box Office during regular hours.  We do no accept phone orders. 

Location

The TBEC Box Office is located at 75 US Highway 50, Stateline, NV 89449, on the southwest side of the venue.  You can access the TBEC Box Office from the Bally's parking lot, the first hour of parking is free. 

Accessible Seating

Guests of the Tahoe Blue Event Center with accessible needs can call the Box Office during our operating hours. Guests may also email Kevin Borycczki, General Manager at Kevin.Boryczki@oakviewgroup.com or call 775-624-8978. Notice of special needs must be addressed at time of purchase so that we may best accommodate you. All accessible seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who arrive to an event and need accessible seating, but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

Please note that all fans entering the Tahoe Blue Event Center, including those acting as a support person for patrons with a disability, are required to hold a valid ticket. Tickets are subject to standard event pricing.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored for the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase within a specified timeline that will be made available as needed.

Child Ticket Policy

Guests 36 months of age and older are required to have a ticket for admission to events, unless otherwise stated in the additional ticket information section of the event page. Guests under 36 months of age may sit in a ticket holder’s lap as long as they do not obstruct the view of other guests.

Fees

Tickets purchased in person at the Tahoe Blue Event Center Box Office are not subject to Ticketmaster processing fees; only a per-ticket Transportation Fee paid to the City, and tax if applicable. Tickets purchased online through Ticketmaster or over the phone are subject to additional fees.

Lost/Misplaced Tickets

Lost tickets are like cash, so please keep them in a safe place. If you do you’re your tickets, contact the Tahoe Blue Event Center Box Office at 775.589.2056, option 1.  Please note that there is no guarantee on us being able to replace your lost/misplaced tickets.

Payment Methods

Payment methods accepted at the Tahoe Blue Event Center Box Office are: Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Secondary Ticket Market

Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticketing agent of the Tahoe Blue Event Center. The Center does not recommend purchasing tickets from the secondary market. Tickets purchased through the secondary market have the chance of being counterfeit and may not be valid for entry to the event.

Security & Walk Through Metal Detectors

Ensuring the safety of our guests is always a top priority. Please be advised that for all ticketed at the Tahoe Blue Event Center, venue security will utilize Walk-Through Metal Detectors (Magnetometers) to search all patrons entering the facility. Customers should keep the following in mind:

  • Minimize the number of personal items you bring to the venue.
  • Allow extra time for arriving to and entering the venue.
  • Guests will be asked to remove from their clothing and belongings any items that may trigger the alarm, including cell phones and keys, before they pass through the metal detector (Magnetometer) units.
  • Bags will be searched. Backpacks are not allowed. All bags larger than 4 x 6 inches must be clear.

If the Metal Detector (Magnetometer) alarm sounds, you will be subject to a secondary screening which may slow your entry into the venue.

Re-Entry

The Tahoe Blue Event Center does not allow re-entry for most events

Refunds/Exchange

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges on all tickets or special packages. Please refer to our Event Calendar for more information and updates.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Tahoe Blue Event Center Box Office, and is usually available starting 2 hours before curtain. Any guest picking up tickets at Will Call will be required to show a Valid ID. Tickets will not be released to any party other than the purchaser unless their name was added to the pick-up envelope.
