The Tahoe Blue Event Center is Tahoe's newest state-of-the-art event venue! Featuring in-house food & beverage, robust A/V offerings, and one of the most beautiful locations on Earth, the TBEC is just the right place for your next conference, meeting, or event!

Meeting Rooms

  • 5 individual meeting rooms ranging in size from 677 - 2,013 sq. ft.
  • Meeting rooms can be configured into spaces that range from 1,293 - 5,941 sq. ft. and can hold up to 450 depending on the room setup.
  • 1 permanent board room located on the suite level.

Arena Floor

  • The Tahoe Blue Event Center arena floor totals over 40,000 sq. ft. of contiguous space.
  • Arena floor can be configured into 3 separate spaces that range from 6,746 - 26,984 sq. ft.

Pre-Function, Concourse and Club Space

  • 6,500+ sq. ft. of usable concourse and club space for a unique meeting/conference experience!

Event Lawn

  • The Tahoe Blue Event Center event lawn is approximately 10,000 sq. ft.

The Tahoe Blue Event Center's in-house food & beverage team, led by our Executive Chef, offers a culinary experience like no place on earth. You’ll get to taste the flavor of Tahoe with fresh ingredients sourced locally from the Carson and Washoe Valleys, fit for even the most particular palates.
